Builder G is moving in the right direction. I liked the goal of #2 “ensure that all prospects are the responsibility of one person and that their marketing database is properly maintained for future prospect campaigns” This is the direct benefit of having one person manage the beginning of the sales process. Looking forward to seeing the results.
